1. The house
silverman*baer GmbH, registered in Austria (FN to be filled), with the Monaco Trademark N° 21.00506.
2. Application and approval
Submitting an application creates no contract. The house may approve or refuse without reason and without notice. A purchase contract is concluded only when the house issues a payment link, the customer pays, and the house ships the piece.
3. Codes
Each piece carries a unique alphanumeric code. The code is a property attribute of the piece. The code is transferred only by house approval (see § 6).
4. Pricing
Prices are quoted in EUR including VAT where applicable. Shipping is quoted separately at payment.
5. Withdrawal and returns
EU consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal. See returns. Beyond the statutory window, returns are at house discretion.
6. Transfer of code
A piece may only be resold or gifted if the code transfers with it. The house must approve each transfer. The house may refuse a transfer without reason. Unapproved transfers void the code.
7. Public listing on code lookup
If the holder consents, the code lookup at /code displays the holder's first name and a photograph chosen by the holder. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. See privacy.

9. Governing law and venue
Austrian law. Linz, Austria, as venue, where permitted by mandatory consumer protection.
